Don't be scared! Be nervous! JK! My first week of practice was terrible, after each practice I felt really sick. Though after about 2-3 weeks I was in the best shape of my life! It was worth it, I made more friends, and got even better at running.

First, on one of my jumps I didn't push the pole enough, so when I jumped, I was perfectly balanced at the top of my pole and I slowly slid down. The other time, again not pushing my pole enough, I landed really close to the bar and the slid down and almost fell in the box(where you plant the pole). So that's making me a bit nervous for states.
