I'm very new here - I haven't even got a Starry yet! - but I just wanted to check up on a few things before making one. I don't want to spam up the actual adoption thread, so I thought here would be the place to go c:

Anyways, I was wondering about accessories. Small things only, right? So would hair ties be alright? And what about bangles?
And also, how would you get accessories? I know the rules say events and stuff, but where would I find these events?

With the accessories, bangles are not allowed..Hair ties, you'll need to ask Vineta. ^^

Well, Vineta might be doing a raffle she said, so you might be able to get an accessory from that.
