When getting a commission how do you choose what character to get it of? If you have chosen to get art of a set character but you get a dream artist do you switch characters to get art of?

I usually have a hard time deciding, since quite a few of my OCs go without art ^^; [I have 346 and only like 84 of them have art aha]

Who out there has a character with a skull head. Do they have eyes? If not do they have anything in their eye sockets? Are they all bone or only parts of them?
