I also asked it what Doctor Who is, and it replied, "An awesome TV show", and when I asked who the Doctor is, it replied, "Me."

Also he's the Master's brother?The half-human bit was a lie, I forgot exactly where I saw it. The brother bit was fake as well, although Theta did pretend on occasion that they were brothers.
No, pretty sure his mother was human.
He's got a brother, just not Koschei.

Yeah, his brother was called Braxiatel, I believe. And Koschei was his best friend, who became the Master later on c:
