"why would i do anything?" Jade asked him, looking up with her big deep purple eyes. Vert eyed Scroon with a 'what's he so skittish about?' look.

Kit walked over to Zay. "so what are we going to do about her now?" she asked, pionting a thumb back at Jade.

GB looked over at Kit. "Maybe she can help us, too!" she suggested cheerily. "..Or we could just leave." she said with a shrug.

"maybe." Kit said, "but i don't know." she said watching Jade, "by the way she's going on she might just follow us."

scroon was about to explain, but he stopped himself in the middle, keeping himself from giving her any ideas "um no reason, I was just surprised because most other humans act differently when they see aliens."

"really?' Jade asked, "differently how? i don't see why it's such a big deal." she simply put, thinking of it as an almost normal occurance considering she had seen many aliens in her lifetime. "aliens come to earth all the time."

"yeah! they come here all the time! landing in forests or wheat fields and after they look around a bit, they hop back in and take off! your not gonna do that, are you?" she asked, "i never get to talk to them long and everyone else runs away from me." she said, looking rather sadly at him.

If Jade had been looking for pitty, she wouldn't have found it at Scroon. he had seen more sad and pathetic faces in his lifetime than what should even be possible. "no, I don't plan on it. but I don't plan on any more humans learning about my race. so do me a favor, and stay silent about it to others." his voice was strict and commanding.

Jade have an affirming nod, "sure! I won't tell! What is your race if I may ask? I've met Vortians, Plookasins, and even a Mecron once, but I've never seen people like you before." She said.
