The OC's Personality/basic traits: bipolar - sometimes he is friendly and kind of innocent, and others he is extremely sadistic and cruel. Most of the time he is friendly, though. Whichever way you want to draw him <3

Details: Ahhh he is extremely skinny, but his ribs do not show. He has a mohawk, and also, if you want, you can add in a full gas mask [ i haven't gotten around to drawing him with it yet, so if you want to, it's a standard military gas mask, with no unusual colors on it. ]
