"Ya, I'm here." He smiled at her and brushed her hair behind her ear.

May:

She woke up to a nurse gently tapping her shoulder, "Mam, we need you to wake up really quick. We just need to check on you. Make sure everythings okay and then you can bring in your... boyfriends?"

"Oh... Um... Not... Okay."

Lexi smiled and bit her lip, sitting up, propping herself up with her arm, facing towards Nick. "What time is it?" She asked.



Kaleb waited in the waiting room.

Nick:

He looked at his alarm clock, "Ten thirty two."

May:

The nurse walked out, "You can see her now." May smiled at her baby in her arms.

Lexi groaned. "I never wanna go home again then" She complained, thinking how mad her mom would be since she stayed away from home for so long.



Kaleb smiled and stood up, walking into May's room, "What'd you name it?" He asked, not knowing the gender. He was standing in the door way, leaning against the frame.

Nick:

"I'm sorry. I shouldn't have kept you so long..."

May:

"Natalie." She smiled up at him.

Lexi sighed. "It's okay, I could possibly still sneak home and act like I didn't stay away for as long as I actually did, she sleeps late." She said and laid back in the bed, she couldn't wait till her eightenth birthday, then she'd have freedom.


"Aww, that's a cute name." Kaleb said.

"Do you want to go home now?"

May:

She smiled and looked at her baby, "Wanna hold her?"

Lexi thought. "No, I think i'll be fine a few more hours." She said, she enjoyed Nick's company, he was funny and nice, she felt she now needed to be with him to actually know what true happiness felt like.


Kaleb nodded. "Sure." He said reaching for the baby.

"You want some food?" He smiled.

May:

She smiled at him with a big grin.

"Sure, I'd love some." Lexi said with a smile, getting out of the bed.



Kaleb held the baby. "She's so pretty." He said in a soft voice.
