Okay, so I'm doing art for a character I'm trying out for from an adoption agency, I want to make a background, to the picture, but I don't know how to. Every time I try, I end up making a screen over the character. Could anyone help me? I know it's slightly off topic, so please PM me if you can help. ^^;

yeah, the account just got deactivated.
but the other one had also been another stolen piece.
