When Mord posts, will it be for the Gems/Coins earned? If so, do you know if when she posts, it'll mean we can use them to buy things from the shop? Thank you, just trying to clarify this. ^^

But don't buy anything/try to buy anything until one of the staff posts saying things can be purchased.
Up to that point all stores are closed and even if Mord gives you the gems/coins you can't buy anything until you have the go-ahead for that.

Any further updates to the list will be done after Mord officially closes this for judging.
Until that point I won't be changing anything else on the list.
PMing me is how you ensure your art won't be missed (if its missing)
and so I'd recommend not posting anything here, but rather PMing to me when you've finished any last minute entries.

If you have another one you're closer to finishing I'd do that one first.
Since the WIP you posted doesn't have all the staff kias on it (even in sketch form) I don't know if it would be counted.
A WIP group picture generally means it hasn't been lined/shaded/coloured completely but includes at least a sketch of everything.
In order to receive the full gem amount it must at least be lined and coloured, so if it isn't these things and isn't even completely sketched out with the requisite number of kias....I wouldn't post it unless you absolutely have no more time and we're going to judge soon.

So, I have a group pic lined and started on the coloring. I posted it earlier. I decided I should go for the full credit. However, I'm not done coloring. Can I still post that befoer Mord posts? Cause I'm getting fairly close to finishing it.

Thank you to the kia staff for making an art contest, it was really fun. I had a ton of fun and I like that no one "lost", everyone still gets something, which is super nice. I also want to thank you for offering semi-customs as a prize even though you did not need to, it is generous and I know many participants that appreciate just a chance at it. Staff did an amazing job and participants made amazing art, you must be happy with all the lovely art ^^

Nope, unless Mord also posts that "Shops are open for purchases" or something along those lines.
Shops will be open for a couple days afterwards anyway, so there really isn't a rush ^^
Not sure how premades are going to work, they might not be opened for a bit, give everyone a fair chance kind of thing.
That will be figured out in more detail later.

And yeah, having collected allllll the art thus far and looked at it all and such, I just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who put time and effort into this ^^
I know, especially with some of the group art, that it was a lot of work and many of you put in tons and tons of your day into making this art for the staff.

We all appreciate it hugely, and for my part (especially as an art junkie) I just wanna say how proud I am to be a part of this community and get the fortune of being on such a fabulous staff ;A; You all are amazing and I love you all ^^ Def worth the eye burning, I regret nothing xP

i agree with ♥Talon; this was a very fun contest! i really enjoyed drawing for this and seeing everybody else's art too.
