Discord was too busy trying to get the ropes of his legs, wings, and muzzle to pay any attention to the pegasus pony mare (Flower) who was coming toward him.

wanting to leave she had a worried face on. She flew up to Discord. Kind of smiling she had said "if I let you go, Do you Promise, Pinkie Promise you will stop?" she asked

Discord growled. He would have yelled at Flower, but his muzzle was tied shut and he couldn't talk. What had those things hit him with anyway? His bonds were immune to magic, and he sure couldn't break them- almost as if they were made of pure shadow-magic.
