New Rules

Azuri isn't on to post these new rules and I can't put them up so here they are.

• NO post (does not include forms) should be re-posted/re-quoted more than every 5 pages.
  Remember forms can only be re-posted every 10 pages (not counting today or tomorrow though, read above for more info).
• Must use a form when posting about sales or breeding.
• No posting more than 2 to 4 dragons up in a form. If you are going to do more, use links. It makes it easier for those using ipads or phones.

!Strike System!

How this works. You break a rule, you go on the strike system. Usually Azuri and I will issue a warning before you are given a strike but we are getting harsher each time there rules are broken.

Strike One = is just a warning = must stay clean for a day
Strike Two = banned from making forms = must stay clean for 2 days
Strike Three = banned from thread

If you on the strike list and can stay clean for one whole (strike one) or two whole days (strike two), then you're name will be removed from the strike list.

This means all forms are open people.

READ BEFORE YOU POST

However, after a discussion with members in the chat and members in pm, I have decided that NOT everyone has a right to this thread's Holiday. The reason being is rule breaking. Not everyone has followed the rules.

These rules include (but are not limited to):
- Posting forms when forms were down
- Posting sales without using a form and still when sales were down
- Talking about CS being down, ranting about it
- Repeatedly breaking any of the Thread's rules
- Quoting sales or forms repeatedly
- Not following the every ten pages rule

So for those who did break the rules, your name is below:
If your name is on here, you may NOT post forms till I say so.
How long depends on how many rules you broke. I will put this by your name.
If you do post a form when you can't, your name will automatically be put on the strike list on the front page.

- ~Jasdebi~ - 2 hour from the time I post this - multiple sells post and a bit of ranting (Pm me if you feel this is undeserved)
- JuneyAmy - 2 hour from the time I post this - ranting, talking about FR being down (same as above)
- Morgan K - 1 hour from the time I post this - posts about sales and breeding when forms were down (same as above)
- Kirara Nekomata - 2 hours from the time you get on - for not reading the new rules (same as above)
Also I didn't just randomly pick names. I went back about 40 or more pages and put those who I saw breaking rules. No I didn't get everyone who broke a rule. I only went back so many pages. This is to show I am serious about rule breaking. If you are upset about me putting you on the list, pm me, don't post in this thread or you will be given another warning.

For those who did not break the rules, you are allowed to post any form you wish, including: Sales, breeding, wishing, granting and so forth.
Please keep in mind, that even though forms are now open, you still must follow the rules.
This includes:
- Do NOT Post more than ONCE your form (normally its every 10 pages, but for today and tomorrow, its post only once, due to how many people will be posting).
- Post ALL Forms (breeding, wishing, sales) on ONE post (to limit how many posts there are).
- If you must edit your form, then EDIT it, do not re-post or re-quote at all.
- Also please WAIT till I have posted my form as an example before you post yours.

Exactly! Everyone has the right to post a new form, but just put everything in one post. Even if your name is on the front page of this thread, you can make a new form. Its a holiday so enjoy the gift of posting forms!

I actually support the gender change scroll haha. Can't tell you how many times I've seen the perfect dragon but it was the wrong gender xD You should bring that to the suggestions forum =D
