What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

I picked out that name, because in all honesty, she's a stunning, regal creature. Whenever I think of flowers, it seems nice, but calling them flora make them seem all the more special. This theory fits along with this Mutato perfectly, as she is not a boring flower, but a fine flora.

Flora usually like to be giving out the orders,; not receiving them. She likes to boss people around, even though most of the time she has no authority to. This is how she's been since birth, so unless someone points it out thats he's being extremely bossy, she doesn't notice. She's not all about being bossy though... She does like acting better than others sometimes too. She would imagine herself as a Queen, high atop her throne, with everyone around her doing her bidding.
But alas, Flora does have some good traits too. She's sweet, as one. If someone's hurt, or sad, she'll do everything she can to try and help. She's also very attentive to detail, and can remember things even if you've only said it once.

Name of the Mutato;
I would name this mutato Fall

Reason for Choosing the Name; As seen by her favourite sport, it fits that. But the main reason is because I thought "Meteors and stuff fall, don't they? So wouldn't "Fall" be a fitting name?"
Yeah it's a little weird in my head, but that is the main reason. The sport was developed off what I would name her.

Extra; Mutato's Sport Fall loves to sky dive. Jumping out of a plane, thousands of metres up, waiting until the last possible moment then bam, opening her parachute and landing safely. But it's mainly the falling part she loves.
