Duncan prowled around the camp, alert for danger. The tall ones roamed ever further into their forest, and he feared they might one day reach his tribe's camp. Were it any other enemy, they might be able to fight it. But the tall ones were unlike anything he'd ever faced; they commanded monsters that destroyed the very forest.

Were were Kyro and Crow? He'd sent the scouts out earlier to see how far the tall ones had come. The should've been back by now. He looked towards the kayrah gathered in the camp, trying to determine if they were already there.

{Maybe we could etablish a "posting order" or a "posting limit" [don't know, maybe two posts per person if their characters are talking or doing something together], I know that from RP's I used to participate in. That worked well there. (:}

"This is serious", Dawn said with a calm voice. Her body felt nervous, her body wanted to run away, but her mind told her to stay. "What do we do now Sketch?", Dawn asked looking straight into his eyes. She wasn't sure if the tribe could survive if they stayed, but were should they go? Dawn lowered her shoulders, still looking up to Sketch.

Holland, still on edge from the loud noises, was creeping some where near his home. It felt odd to be alone, it was his first time. He'd always been with another, and didn't like living alone. Not with all this noise. It scared him. A quiet growl startled him, till he realized it was his stomach. He was hungry. Very hungry.
"Ugh..." he muttered, "I'm starving, and scared, and alone, and I really need help..." His voice quivered with fright.

Kaleel was out in the forest once more, but this time it was more so to relax than anything. She was laying on a rock, the ground quivering constantly beneath her, and letting the sun warm her pelt and body as she thought. The sound of a falling leaf reached her ears. It was one of the few normal sounds still here. It comforted her, though not enough.

Sketch stood there. "I'm not sure." He looked far off,"If we stay, we might have to face the tall creature." He turned to Dawn,"but if we leave, I have no promise that we'll succeed in finding a good home like this."
