Step 12:
Next you add in a shoulder blade and one half of the pelvis. Try not to do both sides, as this can end up looking cluttered and I myself have had complaints about this very fact. Feel free to separate these two new features from the rest of the skeleton by adding a thin, black line between the shoulder blade and the spine, and the pelvis and the spine.
