Step 10:
Add in the rib cage. I normally set my pencil tool to Smoothing 90 or above to get those smooth curves, though on fantasy Ileave them crooked to give a more sinister, broken effect. The line along the bottom represents the sternum, which anchors all of the muscles in the chest area.
