Must it be digital? I don't have my tablet until next friday or so ;n;
If allowed, would a fullbody with shading but no colour be a single? I have limited art supplies including colours currently ;n;

No, it doesn't have to be since it's still art, traditional or digital.

As for the single question I'm not completely sure so I'll wait for clarification / a mod to post with the answer.
