xxxxliana's fingers drummed a tad bit impatiently on the hardwood table. "hurry up, slowpoke." her voice was teasing, but i could tell she was rather annoyed. liana often did that: contradicting kind words with her body posture or facial expression. it was odd, but there's liana for you. i turned to glance at her, with her hair shining gold in the sun, and her eyes intensely focused on me. liana's not pretty. that word is too small. liana is more like... radiant. her energy, whether positive or not, tends to be replicated in those around her, like how water spread through dry soil.
xxxx"here, let me help you with that," she said, getting up and grabbing the watering can from me. her hands tipped the can with ease of long practice, and the perfect amount fell onto the flowers, compared to my lackluster puddles of mud. the flowers seemed to move to wards liana. it wasn't a trick of the light; plants always did that around her. as i've said before, that's liana for you. she understands her plants better than she does people, and they understand her right back.

xxxxxxxxpersona to be blunt, he has mild attachment issues. the clingy teenager has trouble when faced with change - even if he has to give up a toy he played with as a child. the overly attached simply cannot give up these things. with his ex-girlfriend back, he feels like he should go back to her and act as if there was no change at all. then, here's the wanderer. he tries to persuade her to follow her heart, but maybe he should take his own advice and follow his heart, too.
