"I guess, though I don't eat very much, Fairies are the opposite of birds. We need only eat a tenth of our body weight." Mori stands up.

Josh nodded but he was barely listening, after watching his brothers teleportation closely he got out a notebook filled with his notes on magic based on what he had seen "shadow travel" he mused out loud
Dom scowled, it went against all his instincts to let the monster push him down but he held himself as steady as possible and resisted the urge to melt into the safety of the shadows, his eyes faded back to dark green

Terry and Vicky laughed and put their hands in the air, Latula was lucky no one was on this street because they completed it way too fast, she grinned and glanced at them in the mirror "who said something about a wheelie?"

Zaura snorted at Josh's use of words and peered over to read what he'd scribbled down.
Larzite felt a wave of satisfaction as Dom lay underfoot, although she didn't revel in the glow for long and brought one intense large eye close to his face to seemingly pierce his soul.
She's judging you under pressure, now flatter her. Zaura said.

Never was pressed back into the seat as the car shot forward down the street, his face grim set. In one hand he clutched the arm rest until his knuckles turned white, in the other he gripped Vicky's leg and wasn't about to let go of nether. 'No one said nothing!' He exclaimed frantically.

Josh scribbled a few ideas in his notebook
I dont doubt that my brothers powers work on an opposite spectrum than mine, where I work best in sunlight he is drawring his power from dark places (eg: behnd a curtain, closet, under a bed) perhaps the first users of these abilitys sparked stories of monsters under the bed? He seems able to travel from one shadow to another, I have seen no other instances of this phenomenon so for now I'm going to dub it 'shadow travel'. Perhaps I could find a way to do something similar with light? Note to self: look into this later

Dom glanced at Zaura with an exasparated face, pointing out the ludicracy of complimemnting the dragon in this situation

Latula laughed "what do you think babe?" "LECTTHS DO IT!!" she laughed and pulled onto a clear road and reved up the car, it started going faster and faster till she played with the suspension and brought te front of te car into the air

Zaura smiled, 'nicely put, but you'll soon learn Dom's antics are nothing compared to the real world. Make sure you keep the notebook handy.' She rolled her eyes at Dom. It would be ludicrous not to flatter a dragon out of her foul temper.

Never looked at Latula as if she were insane! As the car sped up he sunk low into the seat, eyes closed. 'I'm going to die.' He said as the front end vaulted upwards. How in the name of all known gods could people survive in these things on a daily basis!?

"Well, most fairies are really really really overweight because, well, when they eat, they eat the fatty sweet stuff, and that's mostly because they can only stand to eat the really sweet stuff." mori says, "They tend to eat as much as an average human does. I'm only half fairy so I only eat sweet stuff sometimes. Did you know that if a fairy doesn't eat something sweet at least every other day they could get sick? It's actually really interesting."

Dom looked back up at the dragon, he figured there wasnt much he could say in this situaion that wouldnt sound forced, so he was just going to let the dragon make its decision

Vicky laughed and Terry grinned "ok Tulip, we're going to have to slow down to somewhat legal if we want to get to the shops without Never throwing up" Tulip sighed "oh fine, but its no fun!" she slowed a bit so she could work with the normal traffic

Jakes eyes widened "really? Whys that then?"

"It's because their wings need sugar to stay solid and functional. Mine are weak because I don't eat enough sugar to keep them at full strength, but enough so I don't get sick or get withdrawal symptoms. Keep a fairy away from sugar for long enough and they'll literally go insane . . . and I shouldn't be telling you this," Mori says and looks at the ground between his feet. "Bad Mori."
"Yes, very bad Mori," Tori says, standing only a few yards away from the group. "They're humans, Mori! They ca't know that! Are you trying to get yourself killed?"
Mori looks up at him surprised, "No, but Jake . . ."
"I don't care! You're putting them and yourself in danger just by telling them that you're a fairy in the first place, all this could get the lot of them and yourself eliminated. We have rules for a reason Mori!" Tori says, really ticked off.
