Someone else had the same question couple of days ago. The best is to PM a mod on Flight Rising about your problem. As far as I know you are not allowed to give your Password to someone else so that he can take care of your dragons. That counts as multiusing or multiaccounts and is forbidden. But I might be wrong.

Try contacting them on facebook. They usually post there when someone has a question.

I have a question. What can you do when you go on vacation for a week or two? Is there any chance someone else can take care of your lair during that time or is it forbidden to give them the password? What if I have eggs that need incubation or need to be hatched? Can my dragons starve if noone feeds them for 2 weeks?

"It is against the TOS to share any account information with other people, and that includes your password. So it is not possible to let someone else take care of your lair. However you should not worry. Your dragons won't die, not ever, even if you don't feed them for years. Their energy level will drop to 0 and they won't be able to breed or battle in the coliseum, but once you feed them again all is well. The only real problem you might have is that eggs that need incubation can rot. But as holidays are usually planned ahead, make sure that all your eggs are hatched or ready to hatch once you leave. Ready to hatch eggs will not rot and just stay in their nests until you push the hatch button. I hope this helps."
