I really would like to compile a list of things... I can use some teacher guide too if it will help.
I was actually thinking of a how-to guide on making adoption forms in general. xD Grammar would be just part of it. Depth/"power"/strength, detailed history, quality > quantity [including a short explanation on Flash stories to help with that], No "Mary Sue/Gary Stu"-ing, form in general (appearance).... All of that's pretty important, too. I don't think too many people will look at a thread on just grammar alone, but maybe enough will want to look at how to improve their writing overall to win some stuff that it won't simply be buried and die.

"Making fluff" as I call it, or adding the fluff, is how I get my stories to be worthwhile. You write out the story in a boring structure, with sentences that are normal and hardly pretty to look at. Then you go back, and for each sentence you find a way to stretch it into two or three flowing sentences. It gets a lot more detail in your writing, as well as helps improve length. So it's a win-win, depending on what the Adoption Center looks for in a post.
