I do have a question though.
We were told that wigs were not okay, but we were also told that if you got permission to add hair from the artist, it was okay to have hair.
What about those people who followed those instructions? Perhaps you could allow all of the people who claim to have permission to PM you, Froggy, and Fail proof that they got permission to have that hair, and then you could let them keep it.
This isn't meant as an act of rebellion, just as a suggestion that people might find more fair than giving out strikes to everyone who has a wig on their theirJMD.

Yeah,i do respect the rule but it upsets me because i can't really draw without hair.
I asked The one who drew my characters if they could add hair to its orginal drawing would that be a wig?I juts want hair for my custom.Not a wig but hair.Not trying to come off meanly.^^

That was my intention since I asked the maker of my JMD if she could make the hair and she said she couldn't so I got someone to do it for me, hair. Not a wig..

It's still fine to draw your JMD with hair, I believe. Just not have it officially.
There should also be at least a month. Like someone said, some people are on Vacation, don't have oekaki access, or aren't active on the FC and so don't know. They should at least be PMed before getting a strike.

So if the orginal artist draws hair,its not a wig?^^

Okay, so, someone fill me in.
I have a custom JMD who has HAIR. not a wig.
He was made BEFORE the no hair/wigs/special anything rule came into effect.
A while back, actually.
Does that mean I need to totally change him? He has hair by the original artist, so you know.

No. Guys, if the artist put on hair when the adopt was first made, and it was not added after, then your may keep your hair. For example, Kuro has hair, because Char put it on when she was first made. But if...... idk, Wyrd went out and drew hair on her JMD right now (even with permission) it would be a wig.
Hair may be kept.
Wigs may not.

Total Clarification Moment
Hair. Wigs. Different.
Hair is on the original JMD, and added by the artist when first created.
Example;; My JMD Rebecka was designed by Fail, and was born with hair.
So no Twi none of my JMDs have wigs.

Wigs on the other hand are added by the owner as an accessory.
Example;; A JMD created by an artist without hair, then the owner is added to the color in list- and draws on hair.

Wigs are rare among 1st-2nd gen. lines. Those that do in-fact have wigs have active owners how recently added them due to the current hair fad. Most people already are back from vacation, and if they are not- they will simply be informed to remove the wig, and given an extra day or so to comply. If anyone does not comply than lumpin' will choose the consequences. However I'd recommend everyone respect her wishes and try not to push it. HAIR can be passed on as a trait with permission from ALL THREE owners- same for all special traits.

Jewel Mane Dragons are NOT Jelly Bean Dragons, so don't compare the two.

As for the JMDs/JBDs thing, it really annoys me when people say 'o well JBDs do it so we can 2!!!!1!1!!'
JBDs have the hair rule for a completely different reason, they don't want people making their adopts into customs.
