What if its not a wig, but actual hair?
A lot of dragons have wigs, but some have actual hair instead.

I don't think I understand... I know we had an issue with wigs a while back, but some JMDs have hair {And were born/designed with it} and some got permission to put it on, while others just put it on. I don't see why it it be big issue- JBDs do it, and plenty of other species allow it as well, as long as they have permission. A strike's a hefty fine to pay for putting a wig on an adopt too... Maybe give us a bit more warning? {No panic, and give them time to edit... }
/I get the whole 'putting a wig on a German Shepard deal, but sometimes, it does compliment the design./

And if you're taking away wigs, I don't really think that's entirely fair compared to those who's JMDs have hair and get to keep it.
/Maybe it would be better if you made a 'long haired' lineart instead of adding hair, as species do have 'long hair' mutations./

EDIT: Guys, if the artist put the hair on the adopt when it was made, that's hair. That can stay.
If an owner added after they adopted, that's a wig. That you may not keep.
Although yeah, like Wyrd said some JMDs just aren't themselves without hair o3o

Just to clarify -- so I do not misinterpret it and derp it up -- any hair / wig added by the artist itself is considered hair? Meaning, since Neige was born with hair, it is not a wig, therefore I do not have to remove it? But, it would count as a wig if I gave Schnee hair, then I would have to get rid of it { although, I have not }

You guys, I understand how you may feel about some JMD's having hair and some don't. But these are Lumpin's species, you have to respect her wishes. Artists that put the hair on are part of the design, they are not a wig. The designer put them there in the first place for a reason. A wig would be when the person who adopted it just adds the wig or 'accessory' on. With the designer's permission or not, it is still a wig.

We were told that wigs were not okay, but we were also told that if you got permission to add hair from the artist, it was okay to have hair.
What about those people who followed those instructions? Perhaps you could allow all of the people who claim to have permission to PM you, Froggy, and Fail proof that they got permission to have that hair, and then you could let them keep it.
This isn't meant as an act of rebellion, just as a suggestion that people might find more fair than giving out strikes to everyone who has a wig on their theirJMD.

Yeah,i do respect the rule but it upsets me because i can't really draw without hair.
I asked The one who drew my characters if they could add hair to its orginal drawing would that be a wig?I juts want hair for my custom.Not a wig but hair.Not trying to come off meanly.^^

It's still fine to draw your JMD with hair, I believe. Just not have it officially.
There should also be at least a month. Like someone said, some people are on Vacation, don't have oekaki access, or aren't active on the FC and so don't know. They should at least be PMed before getting a strike.
