My JMD families are pretty small.
Ara is the sole survivor of the Fallon family (as of yet), and if she gets married (so far, not likely), she will keep her last name since she cannot let the Fallons end. She has a granddaughter-grandfather relationship with Adnon, though they aren't related.

Happy's family (it will either be Winters, Frost, or one of those is a different language) isn't as small. He has his cousin Charlie, and Happy's parents are alive (non-existent JMDs). His parents are in hiding/on a very long vacation... Yeah, they had hoped he would end up being a more serious dragon x3

Stencil and Calysto are Xianthuses, nuff said- a large and confusing family.... Excaeptwhile all the others are suffering numerous assassination attempts, Stencil's had a massive total of... 1! And Calysto... the most XD She had more than her family's enemies chasing her, she also has jealous merchants and pirates, exact count is unknown as many of them are unrecorded and happened at sea XD

Adnan is distantly related to Kalei, and is like a grandfather to Ara... More on him later XD

So here is Shay's Story.

Shay was sleeping in the bed of her suite. Her family were on a cruise vacationing. It was a dark and stormy night, but the Captain didn't mind. He let it go like a feather. It was storming hard, he got alerts from many ships and didn't care until it was too late. It stormed, it was almost like a tsunami. The ship nearly tipped over. Her father had awakened to the sound of the alarm. He quickly awoke his wife and scooped up his precious angel, Shay. They ran out of the room as fast as they could. He soon located a life boat and laid Shay in. A small boy a few years older than her jumped in as well holding a camera. As her parents got in, a huge wave wiped over and her parents were gone. Shay was torn. Her heart and soul had been ripped out before her eyes. The little boy watched and quickly lowered the life boat lower until they hit the waves. There were many other boats but the little boy knew where to go. He had gone on the ship to learn about photography. He had visited a small island recently on the trip and that's where he was headed. He rowed all day and all night. He only slept for one hour over fear of another storm. Shay was broken, she cried the whole time. Every once on a while she ate the food the boy begged her to eat. Until one day they exchanged a few words. Please talk to me. I know your parents are gone but I can help. He said offering his small exhausted hand. There were many blisters and they burned, he had tried to wash them many times but it only made it worse. He didn't want to waste the freshwater so he had to let it be. Hi. I'm Shay. The little girl said sniffling a bit, and taking one of his fingers to give it a little shake. She was so sad but she had to be brave for her Momma and Poppa. I'm Louis. Said the little boy with a toothless grin. Louis began to row more and more until they had reached the small island. He smiled all the way because he finally had gotten the little girl to talk. On the island, the residents then located their homes over the coarse of 3 days. Louis and Shay were sent home, she thanked the little boy at the airport and hugged herself closely. Louis then bought a small stuffed bear with all his money his parents had given him. His family never went on the cruise, so they were safe. The plane took off and she waved a little at the window as the little boy waved back, unnoticed.

So that's how she lost her parents. This isn't the last time she's going to see Louis.
Should I make a thread to write her Story? This is just when she is 6 and Louis 7.

Gah! Now with all these stupid family things I'm getting all confused T_T, I'm not sure where Rounin is not poor guy. He has his Adopted sister Karmaletta, who is cousin's with Cricket, Rounin now has a brother Kiwia. He has his family, his beloved Pandora, and his three children, Aihime, Clementina and Chimaku. But with all these families I see his family is now even more spread out and I am deeply confused.

And then there's me.
Amber, who lets her jewels only have family members she owns.
Who doesn't even care about all those families, since she hates drama and finds it just makes people angry.
Amber, who more or less is ready to get pounded for her stupid opinion which for some reason she felt as if she had to share.
By the way, Amber is rather dumb-witted.

But on other news, I really want to make Clementina rp. I mean, she doesn't have really any friends her same age, all older or younger, she now has a more extended family, which she has never met. ;n; Mah lil' babe doesn't even know half her family, never properly rped with her parents actually xD
Though, from her family, to friends, to people older than her. I just kinda want her too meet people at some point really ^^

Okay, I know we've been getting a lot of dragon ideas, but I still am all for the "soft" jmd. By that I mean, soft shades of maybe red, like dusty rose, with some light but softer beige browns and even muted orange. I dunno, I just like those colors together x3

But Raven, I understand completely, I don't get it, and now the family is huge, and I don't know what's going on. And with Pandora in the new family, I have no idea where Clem is put. -confused sobbing-
But if anybody can help me just get all of it, because now Sea Glass is in the family or something? I really don't know, any people in that family who understands that stuff, ahh, help? ;u;

My JMD family 'the kirklands' isnt as small...

there are the two heads, who died (non-existent JMDS) then 6 siblings...

the Kirkland family are multimillionaires. Their cover job is running a shipbuilding company in italy and selling seafood around the globe. Their shady job is closely affiliating with the Italian mafia.
The family is closely allied with the Xianthuses (sending assassins when needed and negotiating in business) and Enemy to the Morados and now the Szilarin family.


Emiel is adopted being the odd one out.
Adopted as a little brother by serephina who is inheriting everything in the family's wealth...

The youngest sister Aliciera (non-existant) died at a very young age,

The younger brother Clemente was inheriting the fortune but was disowned by their father for his sexuality. He is also an trained assassin.

Sani is the oldest out of all of them and runs most of the family business as a side job.

Serephina is the heiress to the family fortune and business and is currently engaged to kiwi in a bottle's Zharky, and is Pregnant.

The 6th sibling is yet to come into the family.

The only families that exist for my JMD's are the ones I made up, which don't contain any "real" JMD's.
I just made them up like I said, their only purpose being one thing.
They're just serving as a history for my JMD's, to give them more depth.
Yep, that's about it. ^^
Nothing special or complex...I couldn't handle such complex things. x'3

And now that I think about it...the majority of my JMD's is not in good terms with their family. ^^;
I'll probably write about each one soon!
The only real family background I have written down is Ayren's...if though it's more like notes.
But I already have each histories and families of my JMD's in my head, determined for a long time now...just not written down. /shot/

Chione's family was never really devloped and she married into the xianthus family which is huge and Fizu is one of her kids ovo

Kat's is something i have to ask daring about.
And Zharky had a single dad who is made up because his mom died when he was three or so, and he ran away to become a performer in his teen years and is now rich
