Feather just frowned at Fish and looked back to Sky, then trotted after Cloud. "Are we just gonna leave Sky? Won't he get lonely?" She asked.

"A whole half moon?" Sky said in disbelief. "I won't be able to get out of the cave for a whole half moon? Joy." He grumbled, but his eyes still glittered with humor.

Cloyd flicked her tail dismisivly 'sky will be fine.' she stood outside the cave, glancing at her rugged fur in the sunlight, the mud was dry and cracked but she didnt need any more put on 'should we go and hunt by the cliff face?' she asked the prey hunters, thinking their cracked pelts would blend in with the grey rock.

Pine looked doubtful 'i guess . . .'

Storm gave a chuckle, noticing Pine's doubtfulness. "That's okay," he meowed with a smile. "If you don't think you're ready yet, then you don't have to."

Ice nodded. "Sure. And, we should blend in pretty well," she replied, looking at Cloud, then back at the others.

Cloud nodded once 'lets go then?' cloud looked around at ice, feather and frost then set off towards the cliff face, her eyes looking at the sky, checking the cats behind her were safe.

'i dont think im qite ready, im not strong enough to pin one down.' Pine said quietly

Hawk passed around checking the sky and screening the air every once in a while, not finding any sign of Song.

Frost nodded and followed after Cloud. She lifted her muzzle to the sky and scented the air. Hopefully there would be good hunting by the cliffs.

Hoot held onto the hawks throat until it stopped thrashing. She let go and looked up proudly at Wolf, "Wow, that was amazing? How did I do? Did I do good?" She asked him excitedly.

Feather trotted after Cloud, keeping low to the ground and staying in her shadow, an eye on the sky the whole time. She didn't want another repeat of what had happened to Sky, not so soon after.

Sky slowly and painfully made his way to his paws, making slow progress as he limped towards his nest.

Cloud dropped back to walk beside Feather 'Now, when we see a eagle or hawk or any other large bird, i want you to jump onto its wing, not at the base, just right on top of it if you can, if you are on the wing then it wont be able to take off.'

Frost shook out her pelt and looked around with a twitch of her ear as she scented the air.
