I want to roleplay Theta Sigma!

I couldn't find a picture of Theta, so a description: He has sandy hair, and chocolate eyes, a bit shorter than Koschei, about average.
Theta's age-
12
Describe his personality-
Theta is a bouncy, hyperactive kid, always getting in trouble. He loves to explore and find out about new things, especially Sol 3.(Earth)
He usually doesn't keep track of time, and is very stubborn. But Theta can also be a support, and is kind to other Time Lords, and anyone else.(alien, animal, you name it.)
Important events so far in his life-
Staring into the untempered schism, from that day he always wanted to fix anyone broken or sad. And the day he tasted a pear that was a present from his father.On that day, he vowed never to eat pears again. Also, meeting Koschei. Very important day.
How would you describe him and Koschei?
Well, I would describe them as best friends, but like ice and fire. They need each other's presence, supporting one when they need it. Unseperable.

Hi, I've been stalking this thread for a while. Would it be alright if I joined? c:

Character's name- Siempre. However, she prefers to be called Empria.

Gender- Female

Age- Fourteen

Personality- Siempre is sweet and sensitive, although can be exceedingly stubborn when she wants to be. She loves things of beauty, and so obviously loves Gallifrey. She has always seemed delicate, but do not let her looks fool you - she is very capable of standing up for herself and can often be rude if you get on her bad side, although she is usually a lovable young girl.

History- I'm going to role play it out.
