Hey there. I'm Trinity. Call me Trin, Trinny, Weeping or Angels. I am a HUGEMONGO fan of Doctor Who and I saw this and went. 'The crack in time. Oh. My. Doctor. It's the crack in time. I need this!!!' That's my story. Did you like it? Now, onto the form.



Her name is Aerum Deliri, or Eternity Erased in Latin. She's called this because the time fields or 'cracks in time' erase things and people from existence, among other things, and the design on her side is one of these such cracks. I could go into how the cracks were created and whatnot but, it might bore you.

She is scared of many things including Weeping Angels and other various monsters, but her greatest fear is living forever in 'The Darkness' as she refers to it. She hasn't talked to another Mutato since she left her family to fly the skies alone, eventually settling on a mountaintop. She hates the fact that she never seems to be able to get out of darkness. She's strange and is nocturnal, so she thinks the daytime is always dark but she's too tired to stay up during the day, and she isn't the most optimistic. The anger, sadness and lonliness she tends to feel sometimes is what she calls 'The Darkness' or sometimes even 'The Endless Darkness.'



Only allowed to have one extra. All right. I shall create a drawing for my poor little Aerum.

+What is this mutato's worst fear?: Ironically, this Mutato's worst fear is thunder. He hates the sound of its booming voice. He always hides under his bed and shudders in fear. Speaking of it makes him nervous too.

++Reason for choosing the name:
Oblítus means forgotten in Latin. The crack, in one episode of Doctor Who, was said if it consumed the energy from a person that person would be forgotten - it would be as if they had never existed.

+What is this mutato's worst fear?:
This little guy is afraid of the dark. There are a numerous amount of untold dangers that lurk in the shadows of time and space. He has to have lightnight in his room and he keeps a flashlight under his pillow.

I sought a name for a few hours, many among them Doctor Who related. But this Mutato required something a little more subtle, the same way that you have designed it and why I love this design. The main focus is the crack and the subtle hint of the Doctor appearing in the brief glimpse of the Tardis in the background. It is not obvious at first and only if you know the series well enough Regardless, I finally found the name Sunya while searching for various connections to the Crack in the Wall. I went with a connection to Zero, our introduction to the crack... Sunya is the term an Indian scholar used for zero, taken from a Sanskrit word that means emptiness or void. It is suitable as we are later shown the crack to erase people from existence, a void that sucks the person through and deletes them from people's minds.

Sunya embodies both the idea of what the crack stood for, but as well as the man that is hinted in its design faintly in the background. It is both how it is as well as its own worst fear. It fears the void, an emptiness that comes from endings or being alone... Because with ending comes the unknown as well. Yet this mutato travels discreetly, appearing and disappearing, and trying to make an impact in a life before moving on whether it wants to or not. It cannot avoid its greatest fear... Making it one of the loneliest Mutatos out there.
