Hawk waited until Song was out of sight the stood up with a shake of his pelt and began walking around, waiting to see if he could detect any sign of Song anywhere.

Frost stood back as Stoneteller came over to Sky. She sat down and smiled at him as he tried to joke, atleast he hadn't lost his sense of humor.

Hoot quickly jumped after Wolf and landed on the hawk's wing and bit into it to drag it down with her mentor.

Ice took a pawstep back, looking from Stoneteller to Sky.

Storm nodded. "Sure," he replied to Pine.

Stoneteller smiled. He ran back to his den and got a few stems of marigold. He began to chew up the leaves and petals, his fluffy tail flicking back and forth. Once he had made a suitable poultice, he rubbed it over Sky's wounds.

Song crept silently through the brush, making sure that each pawstep was silent.

Wolf wrestled the hawk to the ground. He growled and nodded as Hoot attacked its wing and dove for the hawk's throat.

Hawk padded around, alert for any sign of movement.

Frost watched as Stoneteller put the marigold on Sky's wounds.

Hoot but into the hawks throat, doing her best to avoid its sharp talons trying to claw at her.

Wolf drove his claws into the eagle's chest and smiled as it fell limp. "Good prey for the Tribe." he meowed to himself. "That is how you defend a patrol from a hawk." he told Hoot. "Now we have to bring this back to the cave."

-da hawk- screamed and fell limp.

(Cloud, frost, ice, pike, feather and sky were out on a hunting patrol and sky coz injured by the eagle, they Re back at camp with stoneteller trying to fix him. Storm and pine are out training. Song and hawk are out hunting/training, same with wolf and hoot)

Cloud grunted and bounded back to stonetellers den, roughly grabbing some cobweb and then bounding back to sky.

Pine nodded then leaped onto storms shoulder, knocking him down,mthen locked his teeth (not breaking the skin but hard) onto storms shoulder/upper leg.

Fish walked over to the group of cats surrounding the injured to-be. "Is there anything I can do?", he asked with concern in his tone.

Lake's tail flicked anxiously. Tension was thick in the air. She hoped the to-be would survive.

Sky grimaced when Stoneteller smeared the poultice on his pelt, biting back a cry of pain. "That... Stings, just a mite." He said, trying to smile.

"It might sting for the first day or so." Stoneteller flicked his tail. "Thank you," he told Cloud, taking the cobweb from his Tribemate. He turned and began to spread it over the worst of Sky's wounds.
