Death nodded. "Yep! I wasn't even going into his scary part!" She laughed and heard Nye snicker.

She huffed and fell back on the bed, with a light groan of pain. “Ow.”

"Nye, darling, please come over here." Death called and Nye growled.
"Okay... I'll be back in a moment." It promised and walked bed to Selene.
"She's in pain." She sang and shrugged. "Help her."
Nye rolled its eyes and looked at Selene. "Where?"

She rolled her eyes but stayed still. “My chest. I'll be fine, see to her.”, Selene said.

Nye turned to go back to Jenna but Death grabbed its arm. "Na-a-ah!" She shouted. "You check her first!"
Nye rolled its eyes and sighed. "Fine!" It said like a spoiled child. "Where exactly does it hurt?"

Selene looked at Death with a slight glare. She really didn't want to be seen to when there was someone there who seemed worse than her. But Death wouldn't leave it until she was looked at, which was sort of annoying. Selene lightly touched where it hurt on her chest.

Nye nodded and took a funny looking medically thing that it didn't know how to use. It put it to Selene's chest and nodded. "I think I missed a bit when stitching up your lung." It smiled tightly and handed over a leaf. "Chew."

Her eyes narrowed, but she knew the leaf would take away the pain so she took it and put it in her mouth. She started to chew it. “Can't you just knock me out or something, like, punch me in the face? Feeling you messing about with my innards isn't a very pleasant experience.”

Nye looked at Death. "Care to do the honours?"
Death's eyes bulged. "No way in Hell!" She screamed. "Not to a friend!"
Nye shrugged and injected a needle into Selene's arm and depressed the needle that contained a substance that would knock her out, flat. It waited until Selene's eyes closed before it started surgery.

She felt a needle going into her arm and her eyelids became heavy. Her eyes closed and she fell unconscious.
