Hello again ;u;
I was wondering if anyone could critique my short story for me? It ends a bit more abruptly than I had planned, but I have almost no time to work on it before the contest ends.

I really liked it! Your writing style was very nice. I don't think it ended too abruptly- I liked how he's just realizing that he left and then it ends.

As for Electra, I like your story. Nice style, but I think that there were grammatical errors. They're very slight, though.

The idea is nice, but why is the terrorist group from there? Politically, it doesn't make much sense, as the Chinese are not very religious and do not hate on Americans. Although there is rivalry between the two countries, unless you explain why the terrorists attack, it wouldn't be very logical. Also, why is the organization from China called "Fire Flower"? (XD yes, I speak Chinese. And Japanese. And French.) Also, there are many, many spelling and grammatical errors.

I don't want to post it on CS because there are parts that may not be suitable for ten year olds, such as smoking and stuff [nothing really bad, though] I don't have a DevianArt or a watt pad account and frankly I don't want one - any other site I could post it on? Otherwise, a lot of other sites have story communities, but I'm not very familiar with them.

There's also Archive of our own for derivative works like fanfictions.
Then there's fictionpress.com, the sister site of fanfiction.net, but while fanfiction.net is for fanfictions, fictionpress is for originals.

There are many Livejournal communities for writers, so if you register there, you can post your fiction and fanfiction to different communities, just where it fits best to get the best and most resonance. You can also just post your works to one journal and make fake-cuts in other communities to your works, so you are more independent from those communities.
