Name of the Mutato: Ethan Mars

Reason for choosing the name: The name I chose is after the main character of Heavy Rain, which is a video game for the PS3. The whole storyline behind the game is Ethan's trials to save his son Shaun from being murdered by the Origami Killer. The Origami Killer sends a letter full of Origami that they have to open and complete whatever is inside in order for the victim's father (In this case, Ethan) to get closer to finding out where his son is trapped in a gutter, filling with rainwater at a fast rate. 4 people are trying to find the killer, for different reasons.. but once they find him.....
It's not who you'd think...

Reason for name:
I'm naming him after Jeremy Shafer, whose book 'Origami to Astonish and Amuse' has been my biggest influence in the art-- especially when it comes to what I count as 'origami'-- one sheet of paper, no cuts, glue, or anything other than folds holding it together. Anything else is just (usually impressive) papercraft/kirigami (You have no idea how annoying it is to try and find origami books where they show you how to make animals out of a single sheet T_T)
