Hello Qunnie12345678910, glad to see you want one. Yes they are free, but if you want to adopt one you will have to go to the colored-in secton below the art piece of them on the front page. Each TG has a different form that needs to be filled out, so fill that out and then post it. When the end date arrives, the artist will judge and then announce who gets the TG. Note that only two are up for adoption right now, #3 and #6.
