For the college kids---> Welcome to rural Connecticut. Weather you're a university graduate or in college, you have lived here all your life. It's peaceful here; most of you have your own places now, and some even care for their siblings. The kids go off to school, you get to relax, and maybe even hang out with your friends. It's like your'e married with kids already...you're just so adapted to life. You have a specific schedule everyday. One day, you and your friends sneak in the nature reserve. You all have been swimming in that lake since you were eight years old. You guys thought it was time to do something crazy, so what better than cliff diving? As you approach the rocks, you hear loud music, yelling, and splashing. Oh lord; high-school kids. The worst thing that could have happened. Some of them approach you, claiming that this is their turf. Of course, you have to bring up the fact that you have been here forever, had your birthday parties here, and were born first. They laugh in your face, blocking the way out with their snotty little prep army and showing off stupid handshakes. You have ten times more class than them, so you decide not to beat the absolute crap out of them. They tell you that there's only one way out; off the cliff. Into the lake. Naked. Now, they are starting to get on your nerves. You do it anyway, since these dudes are just slightly intimidating....also because you saw one of them do about twelve flips for some unknown reason. As humiliating as it was, you were able to get over it. From that day on, the great turf war began.

First, allow me to explain a few things. This is a semi-lit to literate role-play, and I expect at least 3 to 5 lines, although if you have WB, I understand c: I'm not an unreasonable person. Since you are probably a very experienced RPer reading this, I'm gonna do things differently this time because I trust that you can handle it. Instead of reserving character slots, I'm going to have member slots instead. Once you get the member slot, then you may have as many characters as you want. Most of you probably prefer female roles, as female characters are popular among smoothians. I want the guys and girls to remain even at all time, though. In addition, I am allowing characters to have siblings; at the youngest, age thirteen. Your main character's age must be from 17 to 24. If you want to have more interaction, then someone else can play your character's sibling.

Member slots will be opening and closing as the RP progresses. I hope to end up with 20 players in the end, but I'm starting with just 10. If you aren't very active, then this might not be the right thread for you. I need devoted members c: Now, for the rules.


I don't have many rules; I'm sure by now you all know the basics.

x. No god-modeling/mary-sues & gary-sues/drama queens/crush-stealing. It gets beyond annoying.

x. Please make your characters the appropriate age. Also, don't put a picture of a 10-year-old on your form and say that he's/she's 21 (believe it or not, it happens). That's not okay. Our general age range is from 17-24. Your character's sibling {if you choose for them to have one} can be 13 at the youngest, and no more than one please. If you went on vacation, would you really bring all your siblings? lol.

x. No explicit content allowed. Any cussing/gruesomeness/heavy drinking/sexual content, and I will expel you from the thread.

x.I highly encourage character relations! Your characters are definitely allowed to be friends prior to the trip.

x. I encourage the use of your own forms! However, if you don't really have a formal outline, I have one that I'd love to share. Siblings do not need a form, just their name, picture, and a small paragraph explaining the basics will be just fine c:

"My hair colour is blonde. Bright, and blonde. I love my hair colour. It one of those colours where if you're out in the sun to long it won't go light because it's already pretty light. One time I dyed my hair a light brown. It didn't look that bad on me... But I just missed my hair to much. In a matter of two months I ended up having the colour being stripped from my hair. Some times I like to dye the tips of my hair purple. But that's only if my friends bug me to get it done. They always say that it looks better with the tips purple but personally, I love it how it is."

"Well, for clothing style, I love to wear sweats and sweaters... Of course I only wear them at home. I would never go out in public wearing a sweater and a pair of sweats. "Though my parents are strict, I've actually had a pretty good history. Thankfully, I've never had to go to one private school. I've always gotten good grades so that my parents never really had to force me into one. That was our compromise when I was about... 10. Get good grades, no private school. And even though I was little, I still understood and agreed. I'm in love with music. When I was 9 my parents bought me my first guitar and put me in guitar lessons. I love to sing and write my own songs as much as I love to okay the guitar along to it too. I started to write songs when I was about 13. Just after we had moved. I found out that it was a great way to get my emotions out. Plus listening to music is as much fun as writing and singing to it. I can literally listen to any genre and fall in love. I just... Love music in general. I've never really done any sports. I tried to so volleyball but failed. Along with basketball and sadly, even badminton. So I just kinda gave up in sports. When I got in to high school was when my rebellious side started to show. One party was all it took to turn me in to a party girl. Of course it's not like that's all I care about either. Hello, My name is Jason Andrews.I do have a nickname that even people I don't know-or barely know- call me, and that's Jay. I don't mind nicknames as long as you are right in using them.
I am twenty-one years old. Yeah, I'm an older guy, so what? Im not nat much older than the people graduating high school!
I am a guy, in case that wasn't obvious. I actually checked this morning, and guess what I found out? I don't have boobs! Amazing right? I know, I thought so too.
Anyway, I suppose I should tell you a bit more about myself. I would say that I am a fun loving guy who is pretty much a jokester. I don't take many things seriously. However, when I am angry, the jokester takes the bench and I can do some bad damage. I've broken bones before, and I've been suspended from school for doing it. Yeah, I would say I have a bit of an anger issue. It's a good thing that I don't get mad too often. Anyway, back onto the good stuff about me. I am that kind of guy who can make you smile on the worst day of your life. I really don't like seeing people upset, and so, I do my best to keep them happy!
Alright, on to my past. I grew up in a catholic home where we went to church every sunday and prayed with those stupid beads. Yeah, not for me. Any way, my household was a pretty good place for a kid to grow up in. Not like one of those homes where the dad beats the mom up, or they are alcoholics and pay no attention to their kids. I was always fed, always had shoes on my feet, and never had to walk in the snow. I did have an older brother, don't ask me where he went. He got into all the drugs and alcohol and never came back. Alright, back to the happy stuff. My mom is still alive, but my dad has passed away, wait... that isn't too happy. Well, after high school, I went and studied at a community college for politics and crap like that. However, it didn't suit me. Instead, I joined the military. Yeah, some what of a frank decision, but, it worked. I went on my first run and found that the military is the place for me. I am a Marine, and just got back not too long ago. At first, I thought about joining the Air Force, but, I decided against it. Yes, I have been wounded in battle before. In fact, I have a scar on my lower abdomen where a bullet pierced through my vest. I took it well. That day, it didn't matter that I was injured, because I had saved someone else. A little boy that had been caught in the lane of fire.
I have a couple of tattoo's. On my right shoulder, I have a tribal in black that completely covers my shoulder blade. Then, across my right peck is part of Invictus. Basically, it says Invictus in a tribal font and underneath it says Master of My Fate. Then, I have two masks (the theatre ones) on my left shoulder with a quote that says Never laugh when no one's around. Im thinking about getting one for my girlfriend, but, I kind of want to wait until we are married to do that. God forbid we break up, and I have her name tattooed on me.
Ex's? Alright, yeah, I've had a few. Sophomore year I dated a girl named Julia. she was alright, but she was too clingy and needy. Always asked me when I was going to give her things. Junior year I dated a girl named Danielle and that lasted for about a week, when she broke it of because she wanted to date someone else.

Personality:"My personality? Well I would have to say shy when we first meet. Like really shy, but when get to know each other more I get really funny and witty and I guess brave. Brave as in confident. I always have this witty comments going threw my head and I don't say them because I am to shy to. When I do mutter one word I always get shot down. So there for I get more and more afraid to speak. I express my feelings threw my art, blogs, and singing. I have three friends. One is my best girl friend ever, me and her tell each other everything.
