Alright i have alot to say for this...
i'm gonna create a animated series
but i have no platform right now,
i know some people out here in CS know how to animate, edit, post professionally, and all that kind of stuff.
and i really need a site to make the videos, i also need a site to animate.
i would LOVE if you would get me A LOT of tips
i need them a lot.
so please post them below,
i also need to know good coding, and stuff like that.
i would love if you posted site links, and other necessary stuff
i need A LOT OF SUPPORT

You could use Fluxtime Studio to animate. c: Although I don't know many others...

Anyway I was just looking at this and I know that its not exactly what you need really...
(anywhere near actually...) but there is this 3D site for that kind of stuff its called
xtranormal but then I was thinking...
art rage would be perfect with your needs! It has layers and tracing so it would all work out :3
but of coarse that's me thinking not you think :3
