the species:
tauren are about the size of a horse. males are usually bigger, with thicker fur and denser muscles. they have four eyes with excellent vision, capable of seeing extraordinarily well in the dark, and a set of venom-tipped fangs inside their mouth. they are predominantly carnivores; eating any and all meat they can hunt, humans are no exception to this rule [unless the human is their partner, or partnered with another tauren]. their fur is thick and shaggy, yet seems to hold no heat. the reason for this is yet to be discovered. tauren are surprisingly social, living in small groups of up to five. they frequently come into contact with other groups, and seem to have no exact territory; they are happy to share with those of their kind. when it comes to hunting, they are brutal but fast- and food is shared among them.

Personality:

Hatred. Rage. And endless violence hold this tauren. He respects no laws and better lives for themselves. If you meet him, run, because even in front of people he does not stop.
Nevertheless, in some situations, so he feels lonely. No one can conquer his heart and call forth all the good feelings again. He wants a partner, someone at his side. His heart cries out, but these feelings are awakened the night as extinguished. The hunt begins and the night devouring all the best in him.

Why are all the other Taurens scared of this one?:

You ask why? You really ask why? Wouldn't you been scared of the shadow of the night? In the knowledge that no one can stop him when he begins to hunt. I would run and stayed at home. I would never ask him, why everybody is scared of him because I don't want to know him.

When the others are scared, does it make the Tauren mad or sad?:

It makes him even more angrier when someone is running away. Maybe he needs someone who can look behind his soul and fight against his body to make him a better Tauren.

History:

So you want a story about him? There are many stories about him but not every story can be trusted, only the stories that you have seen on your own. I have also met him once. Only once but even that was a story for itself.
I ran through the forest, where I had to go to reach the other side of this country. Many others had warned me, told me stories about him, yet I did not hear it, it provoked to go there in the middle of the night. A little bit I had to admit I was scared but I could not believe it.
But then after running a few minutes, I heard a horrible roar. It happened what should happen. A tall figure appeared in front of me and looked at me with his bright eyes.I felt nothing more than fear. I heard his breath, saw the hatred in his eyes. "Please not." that was the only thing I got out. But he just stood there, so I could take my legs and run. Yes, I ran for my life, did not stop and did not look back. I heard he ate everything and in the night he was hunting. I didn't want to end up eating by him. But I did not run to the other side I ran back. The roar of it was still in my ears. After a short time I was out as the forest and threw back a glance. I could still see his eyes sparkle, but he stayed in the forest and did not leave him. So I was safe. And yet I kept running, until I could not anymore. The trembling in my bones I still felt. I have never had such a fear.
This is my story of him. I did not see him again after that and I'm still not sure if he really wanted to attack me or whether I was perhaps simply driven by the stories in the fear.
