Storm sat and waited for Ren's return. He looked around at his surroundings then pulled his knees close to him wishing he wasn't alone. He perked his head up when he smelled blood. something must have gone wrong. He looked around searching for anything or anyone, but saw nothing and no one. He pulled his knees closer. He wanted to wrap his arms around them but they were still tied awkwardly behind the tree. He was beginning to panic a little and started pulling on the ties only hurting himself as a result.

To my sensitive nose the scent of fresh kill and blood was beyond overwhelming as Ronnie set about skinning the large creatures. Shaking my head, I left the cave deciding that a walk would do me some good. The fresh air was definitely a plus. Too much blood in one place tended to make me a bit antsy so I'd probably wait until the deer was being cooked to come back. As I thought about yummy venison I realized that we hadn't fed the puppy. Animal neglect? Oops. Good thing I'd never gotten a real puppy. Erasers were much more durable anyways. Chuckling softly at my own little joke, I went back to the tree Storm#2 was tied to. I wondered if he'd freaked out and lost all ability to tell how much time had passed like most dogs did. That'd be amusing.

Ren remembered Storm and took out his dagger, wincing at the sight of Storm's blood on it. He simply wiped off the dry red liquid on his sweatshirt, and cut off a leg. It was hard, but he managed. "Be right back." He said, making a mental note to get Ronnie's answer when he got back. Taking off with the deer leg and a pack, he headed towards where Storm was staying.

Storm heard some movement and began to panic i could be anything. But the only thought that filled his mind was a Mountain Lion or a bear that had come to kill him and he couldn't move. He yanked at the ties more causing much chaffing and raw spots, even some blood as well. But that was the least of his worries. The blood on his arm must have drawn in some animal and he wanted to get away!

Ren landed and saw Storm struggling. Was he scared? "Woah, woah, it's just me, calm down." He soothed, sitting on his knees in front of the Eraser and offering a cheesy smile. "having fun?" Ren slung the deer leg off his shoulder and tossed it beside him, getting out his dagger to cut the rope.

I signed off as he flew away. I moved quickly onto the second then third deer. It wasn't hard. I smiled and started to hum, recrossing my legs uncomfortably. I hate these cave floors.

Once I finally caught sight of Storm, I started to approach but caught sight of Ren as well and shook my head. Yeah, dealing with both of them at the same time was a lot. Huffing softly I walked past them hoping to find a lake or a small stream or something. Maybe I could wash all of the dye out of my hair. It had been blue for so long that I'd pretty much forgotten what color it was. I normally re-dyed it every month but it had been much longer since I'd actually done it so the blue coloring would wash out easily. It'd be fun to see the looks on everyone else's faces when I came back with my hair a completely different color. I felt it was time for a change anyway; starting anew could help me get over Storm's passing.

Storm Jumped when Ren landed in front of him. "NO! NOT HAVING FUN!" he was not the happiest Eraser in the world. Once Ren cut the ties he brought his wrists to where he could see them. He looked at the many spots that had been worn raw and some places with blood. "I could have died."he exclaimed "You left me tied up here with all the wild animals and wild anything else to have easy access to kill me without me getting away." He may look around 15-16 but inside he was still a little kid and a lot of things scared him easy.

his eyes softened, and Ren took Storm's arms in his hand and inspected the rubbed raw parts of his wrists, gently running his thumb over them. "I wouldn't let anything hurt you. I promised to protect you, didn't I?" Ren looked up and met Storm's brown eyes, expecting an answer.

Storm let Ren take his hands. "Yea, but lets think back a moment. You punched me, gouged a giant hole in my arm, took away the only thing that made me feel safe, and left me tied to a tree to have my wrists be worn raw be eaten by animals." Storm was more hungry than anything and that was adding to his mood, so everything and anything only upset him further.
