Once I felt comfortable enough to converse with Storm#2 again I moved through the trees quickly, moving on all fours like the cat I was as I jumped from tree to tree until I was resting in the very tree Ren had tied the puppy to. "Only I get to use him as a scratching post!" Ren would probably resent that comment but he really was a big scratching post for whenever I got angry. Maybe we needed to get in a good spar at some point so I'd feel less inclined to claw and bite.

Growling softly I leapt from my perch, landing in front of Ren. "I'm going to need some help with my temper if you continue arguing with me." That was usually my way of reasoning with him. Lots of threats and growling, maybe even a little bit of fang baring. There was no way I was going anywhere unless I was being dragged away kicking and screaming. I'd like to me the person stupid enough to even try to drag me away. This was probably going to turn into an argument but I didn't care so long as I got to stay.
