I knew what I was capable of so I didn't take Riley's words to heart. She was worried and just like me, she had a funny way of showing it. That wasn't important right now though. Oh yeah, this mutt was going to die or at least get his furry tail kicked. Not even the original Storm was stupid enough to provoke me in such a way let alone call me 'Sweety'. A low growl rumbled in my chest as he invaded my personal space, and although I was itching to kiss the guy who looked so much like my puppy, I just knew it wouldn't be the same nor would it feel right.
