It was quiet now. How strange. There was never a dull moment with our group so I could only wonder how long this would last. It wasn't a secret that some of the flock members weren't too fond of our little puppy but I didn't care. Xmeria on the other hand obviously had feelings for him and it was sad to say but she was going to be stuck with a lingering feeling of unrequited love. I longed to tell her that he was and always would be mine but that'd just cause unnecessary problems. Ren had formed a pretty strong bond with him. I'd noticed how they began acting like brothers after some time had passed. Hiro obviously didn't care for him but Hiro didn't really care for anyone aside from myself of course. Hmm, I had a lot to think about.

Riley finally had her fill of being alone, and wanted to go back to the cave. Standing on the thick tree branch, she took off, but flew slowly in the direction of the low mountains, her eyes already locked on the exact location of the cave. (SO. SHORT. //shot)

Ren stood up and paced. He did it often. ren felt like he was going to burst and start yelling at everyone, so he sat down beside Jinx and rested his elbow on his knee, his head in one hand. "We should leave in the morning." He said softly, dull grief in his words.

"Indeed we should." I for one wanted to stay a while but I also wanted to distance myself from Storm's final resting place. There was no need to linger and we needed to keep moving to avoid being discovered again. I took a deep breath then rested my head on his shoulder. He was always really warm, it was a comforting warmth that I wanted to drown in but I had a feeling that cuddling needed to be reserved for Hiro. The last thing I needed at the moment was for Ren to yell at me again. I was walking on eggshells with my emotions and having someone tick me off would result in a major catastrophe of some sort.

Riley arrived back at the cave pretty much just as Ren said the words 'leave' And she didn't like it. "What? Your leaving? Just didn't the Flock like, just get here? I've been here for a long time, and no one has found it. The Erasers don't know we're here, and we're safe!"
