Cam opened the door to the car.

Alli climbed into the car silently.

Cam got in, and drove home, holding her hand again.

Alli held onto his hand tightly, struggling to keep from crying.

Cam pulled in, and got out, holding her door open. "Let it out."

Alli bit down hard on her lip and climbed from the car. She shook her head a bit and started to walk inside, not trusting herself to speak.

Cam walked up to their room with her, and sat her on the bed, sitting in front of her. "Let it out, baby."

As soon as they were in their room, Alli started to sob again. She knew that wasn't what Papa Joe would want, but she was just so heartbroken that he was gone that she couldn't help it.

Cam pulled her into him, and sighed. "I know, baby."

Alli sank into him, sobbing harder. She buried her face in his chest. "He was like a f-father to me," she whimpered. "He helped me when I needed it. W-Who knows w-what else he did for us."
