xxxxx Emma relaxed for a moment, allowing her entire body to slip under the water before coming up, now fully adjusted to the temperature. The girl was quite particular about such things, one of her quirks. She paddled over to Justin and tugged at his leg. "Aw, why'd you get out?" She grinned and leaned back to float stomach up, in imitation of Theo.

(( Nothing much, really. They got to the cabin and everyone already made sleeping arrangements; Keira and Theo in the loft, Justin on a couch, and Emma on the floor... I don't think anyone else called a bed. Now they've all decided to go for a night swim in the lake, so you can just jump in there =3

ᴀɴᴀʟᴇɪɢʜ ᴄᴀᴍᴘʙᴇʟʟ - the artist - with: everyone - feeling: excited -

Analeigh stood in the cabin for a few more minutes while the rest of the crowd went outside to swim. This place would be perfect to sit and paint the sunset or sketch trees. She was always thinking about sketching, even on her vacation. Now that she had this beautiful view, nothing would stop her from producing art. She looked out the windows at everyone swimming in the lake and decided to go out too.

Analeigh rummaged through her bag for her bathing suit. The clothes were packed away neatly and after finding her pink top and bottoms, the clothes were unfolded and wrinkling. She just shrugged and left it alone. Analeigh changed in the bathroom and stepped outside. She breathed in the forest air before sitting beside Justin. "I'm so excited to finally be here!" she said, looking at both Justin and Emma.

Justin looked over at Analeigh with a small smile. "Yeah, me too! We're all going to have the best time we've ever have had." He told her. He looked away from Analeigh and looked at everyone else in the water. He looked behind him and saw Franklin coming toward him. Franklin came up and lays down on the other side of him.

Running after her friends, she slipped her shirt over her head, taking off her sandals and her shorts once she managed to catch up with them, revealing the baby blue colored bikini she wore underneath her clothes. "Watch out! I don't want to jump onto anyone!" Sarah yelled as she ran into the water, swiftly diving in gracefully as she came to the edge of the dock. She slipped into the water silently, surfacing a matter of moments later with a broad grin on her lips, flipping her now wet, straightened hair out of her eyes. She scowled slightly as some strands of her hair got into her mouth, and made a face because of it. Sarah glanced over to where Justin and Analeigh were and swam over to them, heaving herself up so her bent arms were on the dock, her chin resting lightly on her hands that were on top of one another. "I know, right?! This is going to be absolutely amazing!" Sarah added a bit shyly as she smiled lightly up at the two of them. Her face was flushed faintly as she spoke, but only because she had done the running dive a matter of moments ago, and she was still trying to get her breath back a bit.

Justin watched Sarah dive into the water. "Wow that was impressive!" He thought. Justin smiled at her comment. He rested his hands behind himself so he can lean back. He ran his fingers throw his hair becaus his hair was getting in his eyes.

"Mind if I join you, Justin?" Sarah asked a bit hesitantly as she glanced over to him, heaving herself out of the water and leaning back against her legs gently as she rung out her hair because of the water. With a slight frown, she removed her hair out of her eyes, but then her frown soon brightened happily. "You know what? Hold on, I'll be right back. I'm so happy I brought that guitar with me," Sarah grinned broadly as she got to her feet, but didn't realize how close to the edge of the dock she was until it was too late, and she fell back into the water ungracefully. She splashed around a bit in surprise before surfacing with a scowl, growling angrily under her breath as she heaved herself out of the water once again, drying herself off with the towel she brought with her before slipping her feet into her sandals. "Alright, now I'll be right back," she mumbled before heading back to the cabin in search of what she was talking about earlier.

A matter of moments later, she arrived at the cabin, grinning as she spotted her guitar by her things. Picking it up gently in her grasp, she began her trek back to the lake, this time her puppy joining her. Once she arrived back at the lake, she picked up Babe, placing her puppy gently down on her towel before taking a seat on it herself, setting the acoustic guitar gently in her lap. With a faint smile against her lips, she began to strum absentmindedly, just playing a random melody since there was nothing she wanted to play specifically. "Anything I should play in specific?" Sarah asked as she glancing over to Justin, humming faintly under her breath as she continued to strum gently at the guitar.

Growing bored of the idle small talk chitchat, Theo lazily sent a splash towards Emma. "Anyone want to race to the floating dock?" He asked as an afterthought as he was about to strike out towards the wooden platform away from shore. He figured he'd attempt to be polite as it was the first days. Theo noticed the lights from the cabin bathed the teens on the shoreline in a warm shadow; he couldn't see them clearly but could make out who was there along with the voices that carried on the lake breeze.

The general talk seemed to be about how awesome the summer would be. Theo hoped that their expectations would be true, but knew that a big reason why he'd come on the trip was to stay out of trouble. Being isolated in the middle of the woods with kids who led mostly straight edged lives, meant that he was less likely to get busted or arrested. He was fine with that plan, another blemish on his record would not help. The only problem that he found was no surfing for the summer, because let's be honest, these lake waves were doing nothing for him. He had been wanting to spend the summer training and going to competitions while surfing the west coast. Theo did reason that just because the waves weren't decent, he could still train. He was planning on pre-dawn runs and lake swims for the entire summer along with anything else he could fit in without his friends casting awkward looks in his direction.

Hearing his friends' voices brought him back, he glanced around looking to see if anyone was heading over to swim with him to the floating platform.

xxxxx Emma straightened up as Theo offered to race somebody. "I'm in," she said in response to him. She glanced over at Sarah, who was strumming her guitar while sitting next to Justin with Analeigh off to the side. It seemed to her that the two were having a moment, so she flashed Sarah a knowing smile before pushing off the dock and swimming swiftly towards it's floating twin. She didn't bother waiting for Theo to start; while Emma was thin and athletic, she didn't stand a chance against the muscular boy.
