Well when you click on the clouds above sleepytown or whatever it's called, there's a Raven Tower.
You get an order from there, take it to the furniture store, collect all the things you need and they give you a bird stand.
You take that back to the tower and they give you a lazy bird. Either a Black Raven or a White raven.
