Diablo, herd leader of a magical tribe, has been protecting his herd from Scuff's Clan; a group of wolves who turn to demons at night. These demons only go after this tribe because they also shift in the moon light. Their power, however, is less demonic. Their power is a food source for the demons' survival. Demons only attack the herd when the magic is actively flowing in their blood, so really they are only a threat at night. Diablo and the rest of his crew, including a few loners and friendly wolves, have been fighting for survival against the demons. It has worked so far but with much struggle. As long as the herd has a heads up about the demons actions and a plan, they will be okay. Lack of either could jepordize many lives.
