The peace that settled around us calmed me enough to keep my thoughts from running rampant. The toxic city smells were gone and for the moment, we were safe. What would it take for us to be able to live the way we used to? If I could go back in time, there were so many things I would change. There were so many things that could have been done to keep us all safe but...none of that happened. Ugh, I wanted things to get better but it always seemed to get worse now. I was at my wits end with all of this and I wanted to know what it would take to fix this mess we were in.

Hiro sighed and looked up at Jinx's face which looked a bit paler than usual in the moonlight. It was slightly accentuated by the above light source, almost completely full. In a few days you would be able to see clearly even at the darkest time of night. Something about moon phases got him to thinking; what day was it? And, the more important question, had everyone celebrated their birthdays recently? He didn't remember his real one, but he'd given himself one a long time ago. Based on the temperature it was probably late winter or early spring by now, so his wasn't for a while, but he didn't even remember anyone else's birthdays. Eh, he'd ask in the morning.

Storm was aware of Ren on his knee. And although he needed to sleep and get some rest, he couldn't find any. He closed his eyes anyhow and listened to the sounds of nature and tried to enjoy what little life was left for him.

Storm Felt the warmth of the sun casting a little on his face. He hadn't slept for the whole night, he just star gazed all night. He tilted his head up a little to see Ren still passed out on his knee. He smiled a little and laid his head back down and decided to wait till he woke up to move.

Athena lay in her little spot still to sleepy to get up. instead she rolled further towards the tree so the branches would block out the light better.
