You can get season 7 part one on the Netflix discs- you can't get them for instant streaming yet, but you can rent the disc from Netflix. I watch season 7 part 2 on Amazon instant streaming- it costs $1.99 per episode, but that seems to be the best way.

Speaking of which, my auntie has a four year old son, an eight year old daughter and a six year old son and none of them are allowed to watch Who. I still have no idea why; I think they'd enjoy it. Except a few episodes, maybe.

Try necromathis on Dailymotion! There's French subtitles, but the audio and everything is original.

I watched the entire season 7 straight from my phone free. Just go on tumblr and search something like 'watch doctor who'. They have all the episodes including the mini episodes with rory and Amy for free. C:
