If anyone is wondering, the smile was inspired by the way Mortis Ghost drew the smiles of some Off characters.
A way too big smile that not only shows all the teeth but the space behind as well.

The two dreams (from what I see) are like holding onto the showed ribs of the lion as they are in a cage/prison. Cute but scary too.
