Onyx shook her head at the offer of holding the bird. Though she did pet it gently feeling its soft feathers. She then looked to Shawn nodding in agreement they need to go and get some more food.

Drifter smiled and said,"I'm great on food, as I said I can make anything out of my imagination. So if I feel like having some food I can create it." He smiled and made an apple land on his head. He smiled then said,"The only problem is that my food doesn't taste like anything, since don't really know what some things taste like. But, I still know what they are."

There was a large creature that was a strange mixture of sabertooth tiger and a large bear, and some form of reptile. It's red eyes pierced through the darkness.

"That's a very fine trick ya got there!" He said but then frowned at the taste past; "Well I like my food to taste." He said and then turned to walk toward the town. Dinner was the best time to go food hunting, there was so many nice things outside after that and most of the times stealing it is pretty easy!

The creature roared and slowly crawled out of the shadows then stood on its back legs and bared it's teeth.

"Yeah normally I do to. But, when you're starving and about to die. It's nice to have something in your belly." He smiled and said,"Stealing? From the humans?"

"Yes.." He said over his shoulder; "They steal us why not repay with a little stealing of the food?" he asked and stated at the same time. "Beside, for low life's they can make some great food."

Onyx started to follow Shawn back to the town putting her hand in the pockets of her worn down jeans. She figured she'd have to raid a store or someone's house for new clothes soon. But that wasn't the main goal right now. Right now it was to get some more food that would last them for a while. Hearing what Drift last said she replied "yeah, there no harm in it. And besides they gorge themselves with more food in one day than we do in one week. They'll live. " she said

"Well, normally I don't have any problems with the humans because the only time I see one is if they have enough guts to enter the forest, even if they survive, Since all my creatures are made to protect me. And they can't die, unless you kill me, or they want to die." He smiled and said,"But, that'll be interesting to steal from them. How are we going to do it?" Drifter looked at Onyx and nodded,"True."

He thought about what to ravage? Perhaps that yummy store where he had gotten all the fresh fruit from? Or maybe that house that had the garden outside? He then looked at Onyx; "You need meat don't you?" He asked her.
