I looked down at my damp clothes. Yuck, forgot about that. "I don't know about you, but I'm gonna change. Don't want to lose my lunch over the stench of body odor." I smiled and started to walk to my locker, taking my natural position, shoulders hunched, head down, walking at the edge of the hall.

I pulled away to face the pain.
I close my eyes and drift away.

I nodded in understanding. "Then I got no reason to lone it." I smirked, heading off to my locker. I put back on my galaxy shirt, black vest, and black jeans back on. I had pride in my outfit. I exited the bathroom stall before finding a piece of paper on the floor. 'This is the end.' it read. My stomach dropped in emotion before I tossed it away. I didn't know who it belonged to, butI didn't like the emotions it gave me. I returned to the lunch room, collected my lunch, and searched for Toby.

[Revelations.]

I walked into the cafeteria, all dressed and armed with a lunch box. I saw Sloane and invited her over with a smile. I was scanning lunch tables when I saw Alison sitting...alone? Wasn't she popular. I looked over at Sloane. "Should we sit with Alison? She looks...alone." I waved to see if she saw me.

((Going to bed. Night.))

Claire took a seat at a quiet and empty lunch table in a corner. She always sat alone, and didn't mind it much. Trying to keep up with the many conversations at a single lunch table gave her a headache. And it was hard to read lips that were chewing food, not to mention gross. Didn't anyone wait to talk until after they finished their food anymore? She nibbled at her sandwich, not really hungry.

I matched his stare, finding a lone Allison toying with her food in solitude. Ugh. Why did Toby have to be nice. "I'd prefer sleeping on the bathroom floor while eating broken glass, but fine." I strutted towards the table she lingered at mutely, dropping my trey down and sitting myself down across from her. I shoved some tater tots in my mouth and waved, mouthing "'Sup." through a full mouth. It was half hearted, but I was terrible at caring. And sincerity.

Klare entered the lunch room sofar her day was a disaster, but it wasn't too late to turn it around. She saw a girl siting by herself in the lunch room and headed over twards her. "Hi I'm Klare, can I sit with you?" She asked.

I shook my head and chuckled at Sloane's response, not understanding girls at all. I then followed and sat next to her, waving shyly to Alison. If I had done this a couple days ago I would've been yelled at and ended up with food in my hair, but things seemed to be different today for some reason. Having friends changed a lot more than I would've thought. I couldn't help but smile once again, thinking how this all started with a glare and a chuckle in Science class. The magic of friendship, I never understood it and I'm not sure I ever will.

Before Allison knew it, Toby and, the girl that didn't have a name, were sitting with her. She looked up and smiled at their nice gesture." Hi." She said simply and gave a small wave. She pushed a strand of hair behind her ear that had escaped.
