How do you enter pets into the slumber party at the mayors house?

It does it for you automatically

I don't get it. How do they know if your pet is dressed for the slumber party? They're not going through EVRYONES pets and looking for pets in pjs are they?

All of the pets and items are really scary or really angelic/ beautiful (though the scary has a beauty to it too).... I love it c:
