The corners of Zayden's mouth turned upwards to form a smile slightly at that news."Good, good." he said, leaning on the counter. He nodded slightly. "Yeah, that sounds good. I haven't really had company in a while, you know?" he said. He thought for a moment when his cellphone was mentioned. He personally didn't use his own a lot, so he knew he probably had a lot of old numbers in there. "I think so. Ring me when you wanna meet up or something. Yeah, it was nice to see you too." he said, watching him leave for a moment before looking back down at the book he had previously been reading, ice blue eyes scanning over the pages quickly.

Norman picked himself up off the ground and turned his head to the girl picking her stuff up off the ground. He smiled and bent down to help her pick them up. "I'm sorry about that..." He smiled nervously. "I really should be more observant. Are you alright, Ma'am?" He asked, before hearing someone call. The FBI Agent turned his head to the caller. "Yes...yes, we're fine." He smiled as he remembered the girl who was calling to them. "Thank you, Miss...Paige, right?"

Sam shook her head with a smile, picking up the rest of the documents. "That's funny, I'm usually very good at observing," she commented. "Not sure I should go into much detail... But I am." Samantha was only glad it didn't rain like it usually did or her papers would be soaked. Her boss wouldn't be very happy with that one, she knew Carter didn't really like things in late. Some days she did wish she was back in her laboratory, making bombs and guns and inventing all those little things. Though that was rarely ever exciting if nothing blew up.

"Yes, that is correct." I bent down and picked up the last of the papers and handed them to Samantha. "Here you go." She put the papers in her hands and helped Samantha become steady on her feet. She turned her attention to Norman. "Strange running into you here."

"Thanks," she nodded, a smile fairly visible. "If I managed to lose these, Carter wouldn't be happy." Sam rearranged all the files perfectly, blowing the air out her face. Samantha bit the inside of her cheek as a light bulb went off in her head. She'd just realised that Jayden was Carter's partner, and didn't know why she hadn't met him before.

Normand smiled. "Funny running into you here, too." He turned his attention to Sam again. "Carter? As in Carter Blake?" He asked. "Huh...what a coincidence ...he's actually my partner..how do you know Carter?"

Norman ran a hand through his hair and turned to Madison." It's nice to see you again, Miss Paige." He smiled. "Thank you for helping us." His smile grew bigger. "How are ya?"

"Ah, yes. Carter's my boss. And I do believe I've seen you with him a few times. Jayden, is it?" she asked, shifting on her weight uneasily. Samantha did really know all of this, she was just dumbing herself down to look less suspicious.

"Oh I have been doing like I always have. Operating off of sleepless nights, and just trying to stay alive." I gave a small chuckle. "How about you? Long time no see Jayden. Y'know, it wouldn't kill you to every once in a while keep up with acquaintances. At least once in a blue moon. Any new cases lately? You know I'll help if needed."

Norman turned to Samantha and smiled. "Yes. It's Jayden. Norman Jayden. So...Carter never mentioned anything about employees. Do you work for the Philly P.D.?" Norman chuckled.

He turned his head to Madison. "Nothin' against that. " He shrugged a little. "It's great to know that you're doing well. Um, no, no cases...well, not really..not unless this still counts. I still have some things to do here before I go on back home. So, what were you doing on this side of town, Madison, it can get dangerous at night, you know that!" Norman warned.
