The character is a hyena because:
I had a sudden intest in the hyena and decided to make a character, though i never expected it to be my fursona. But I fell in love with Lyric so I couldn't help but my her my permanent fursona.

July 14th, she's relativly new and I'm still writing her form down <3
Describe this hyena's importance to you:
Well she's supporting my new intrest and is also representing me. Also her name idea came from my cat who passed on from cancer <3

Things about the design you'd like to clarify?: It's hard to see but he has a brown circle around his eyes and his ears have two colors inside of them dark brown and light.

The character is a hyena because: Hunger is a hyena/wolf cross because he acts like one sometimes, he can be aggressive to his fellow companions and likes to be the boss of everyone. He doesn't care about many people or his friends but does sometimes when he gets what he wants.
I have owned this character since [year/month]: I've had my pretty little boy since he started showing up in my art from July 25th. Someone designed him for me and I've had him ever since
Describe this hyena's importance to you: Hyena's are awesome animals and to be honest with you I love them very much, there close to one of my fave animals but range at close second beside the wolf.

My dream cupcake would be...: Red Velvet Chocolate cupcake with cream cheese icing.

His mane is VERY short due to having a small part of dog genes. He just has a floof of hair on his head, really.

Just a character, but a very well loved character.

The character is a hyena because:
I really admire how tough hyenas are. I also love African animals with my three favorites being meerkats, lions, and of course, hyenas. I wish to be more like a hyena, but I'm just so shy and timid. I like having characters different than myself, though. c:

June 29, 2013. I know, I know, he's not that old, but he is super important to me, regardless.

Describe this hyena's importance to you:
I made Chance when I was struggling a lot with depression and anxiety. My characters I made reflected this. Then one day I decided I wanted to change and give myself a second chance. And thus, Chance was born. I had him "mentor" my other characters to be more joyful and even those he's just a fictional character from my mind, he has helped me a lot.

My dream cupcake would be...:
My dream cupcake would be a moist carrot cupcake with smooth cream cheese icing. Oh, and there'd be a little sugar carrot on the top.

It suited the video game character he's inspired by and I didn't have any hyenas characters yet, so I thought it was a swell choice.

Describe this hyena's importance to you:
For starters, his name's my username. xD He's one of my top 3 favorite characters that I own, I love him more than my own fursona, and the character he's based off of is one of my favorite video game characters. He's designed by me and I always hold characters I've designed myself close to my heart, since no one else knows more about what I like in a character than me.

My dream cupcake would be...:
A cupcake based off of the Harvest Moon video games. Maybe orange frosting with red, yellow, brown sprinkles like autumn leaves spread around a crescent moon in the center. *cough* And as a tribute to my favorite character, perhaps a cowboy hat topper. ;v;

Things about the design you'd like to clarify?: The moon is on the left, and the star is on the other side. So I think the star would be showing. Nose is a different color, and the inside of her ear is a darker yellow. I believe that's it. <:

This character is a [fursona or character]: Fursona.

The character is a hyena because: Hyenas are my favorite animals, and I've always "fitted" as a hyena. The traits of hyena can also be applied to me {nocturnal, rarely solitary}. They were always creatures who sparked my interest, and very interesting to learn about. I guess the more I learned about them, the more I can see myself connect to a hyena fursona. Jahnye's been around for a quite a long time, and I'm very happy with her.
I think there should be more hyenas on CS, they deserve a lot of lovin'~

I have owned this character since [year/month]: Well, I've owned Jahnye since May 29th, 2011 {proof}. Her recent revamp however was in March 2013. ^u^

Describe this hyena's importance to you: Jahnye is a very important "character" to me, because she is my fursona, who I am. I've had her for about 3 years, and I am very content with her. The connection there is unfaltered, and I love her very much. <3
Every chance I get, I try to get art of her and give her love, because she does deserve it. Jahnye is just very special, and very close to me.

My dream cupcake would be...: Molten chocolate lava cupcakes! With vanilla frosting and crushed oreos, topped with whip cream and white chocolate shavings. <:

Simply cause hyenas are awesome. I love their uniqueness. They are
so radically different to any other animal on earth.

I got around to design her about 6 months ago, so around late January ,early February 2013.

Describe this hyena's importance to you:
She's very important, cause she's my very firts and ony hyena character. She kinda represents
me on my happy and colorful days. Normally I'm pretty colorless and dull.
And whenever I feel down I draw her, cause her bright colors and the fact that she is a
hyena always makes me smile. Since hyenas are known for their giggles^^

You don't need to add the ear piercings, he is blind in his left eye (therefore it's light grey), his mane starts off brown then fades into blonde then fades into black (same with tail except the top of the tail is black), his toes look like they have black gloves (they aren't actually gloves though), his fur colour is reddish-brown.

He reminds me so much of myself; a nerd who wants to look cool. On the outside, he may look tough and all but on the inside he's the sweetest, most intelligent hyena you could ever meet. His personality is just like mine, and because of his uniqueness, he is very important to me <3

My dream cupcake? That's easy! A French vanilla cupcake with baby blue frosting and some rainbow sprinkles on top! Mmmm!

I added it late. It doesn't really matter much, I just like to know^^. If you want to add it you can, otherwise you can leave it off, or add it under other.
